Prathichathramoshathi

• ‘Prathichatramoshadhi’- One plant to one student- As a part of ‘PRATHICHATRAMOSHADHI’ programme, Botany department handed over 50 saplings to students of Vimala College on 8^th June 2022. It includes medicinal plants like Piper longum, Cissus quadrangularis, Justicia adhatoda, Centella asiatica, Tabernaemontana divaricata, Plectranthus hadiensis, Bacopa monnieri & Curcuma longa.

MUSHROOM

• Mushroom Training- mushroom cultivation training was conducted on 22^nd February 2023 for Kudumbasree members of Villadam Panchayath year under the leadership of the Botany department in association with Biodiversity club.
